What's Xcrawl Classics?

In Xcrawl, the players are superstar athletes taking their chances in a live-on-pay-per-view death sport. It’s a modern-day world with a fantasy twist, and the game is simple: the Dungeon Judge, or DJ, creates an artificial dungeon under controlled – but lethal – conditions. He designs the maze, and stocks it with monsters, secret doors, magical traps, treasure and prizes. The players must go through the dungeon and fulfill whatever conditions the DJ puts forth in order to win.

What's it about?

Fire in the sky! Blood on the moon! Xcrawl and Dungeon Crawl Classics join forces to bring you Xcrawl Classics, the World’s Funnest Death Sport! On the heels of XCrawl’s deadliest season to date, the Adventurer’s Guild put out an open call to aspiring crawlers from all over the North American Empire, to compete live in a new Division IV full-lethal event, XCrawl’s Got Talent! for the honor and glory of the Emperor! Top survivors will form an all-new Division III Xcrawl team and join in the Empire’s favorite bloodsport! Xcrawl’s Got Talent is a 0-level character funnel. The PCs come from all over the Empire, all hoping for a chance at superstardom.

What to Expect:

⚔️ Roleplaying is encouraged but not required.

⚔️ The event is open to players of all experience levels.

⚔️ The event style is a mix of theater of the mind, token visual aids, and occasional use of minis, maps, and props.

⚔️ Pre-generated character sheets are available for ease of play.

⚔️ Meeple Movers has additional resources to learn more about Dungeon Crawl Classics for those who want to take their experience farther. It's recommended to pick up a set of "funky dice" and the DCC rulebook if you want to dig deeper into the mechanics of the game (ask at the store).
